Jamey has worked in the Insurance Industry since 2007 holding various titles, certification, and roles. He started his career working for Nationwide Insurance supporting their direct channel at a time when this was still new to carriers. During a time while Independent Agencies were seeing a 2% shrink and Exclusive Agencies were seeing a 2% growth, Jamey's team saw a 16% annual growth.  He then left Nationwide to build call centers with some of the largest brands in the industry such as Globe Life Insurance, Colonial Life, New York Life, TAG Group, and others. 

Jamey is licensed in all 51 states with his General Lines P&C licenses, Life & Health and General Lines P&C adjuster. He has successfully built 49 call centers generating over 18 billion in Direct Written Premium. He has partnered with carriers and agencies to streamline process and reorganize operations. Jamey recently led Insurance Operations at Sitel Group where he redesigned their pre-licensing program increasing their pass rates from 37% to 65%. Jamey’s expertise also helped to reduce cost for outsourcing licensing programs by 14.5%. 

During his time in the industry, Jamey has led Insurance programs in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, EU, and India. During the pandemic, he also helped facilitate conversations with licensing testing centers and the departments of insurances to help support virtual testing.

VXI has seven (7) sites in the US and 3,000+ employees. We are a licensed entity in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, we also are licensed to conduct work in Puerto Rico and Guam. We have a state-of-the-art pre-licensing training program that boast a 70% pass rate. Licenses we obtain for our clients are General Line Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, Life, Accident, & Health, General Lines P&C Adjusters. VXI also partners with one of the most sophisticated licensing CRMS allowing our licenses to be submitted to each state quickly and updated in the system as soon as processed by the state.



Our Insurance Executive team that has a combined 50 years of experience and have adjudicated over 1 billion in claims and losses. Our strategic placement of sites allows for our agents to take the minimal number of exams to ensure that they are licensed in all 51 DOIs. VXI is proud to offer claims programs ranging from full file ownership to first notice of loss.

Our nearshore footprint in Guatemala and Jamaica are licensed TPAs with TDI. We are ready to handle all your life claims while being sensitive to price and speed. Our leadership team’s experience with processing these complex claims allow us to be a strategic partner. In our Jamaica site, we are also certified to process disability and illness claims being reviewed by a team of nurses.
