Ahmed brings nearly 15 years of experience in IT Support, Strategy, and Security to the VXI business, including implementations of BI, IVR, and network optimization/monitoring technologies. His focus is on prioritizing business needs from an IT perspective while maximizing uptime and improving efficiency. Ahmed joined VXI as the IT Project Manager responsible for onboarding new clients. Over the last few years he has successfully led over 60 new implementations, projects, and migrations. He has also played an instrumental role in managing our PCI certification process which allows VXI a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider status. He worked at Vonage prior to joining VXI and understands the challenges of our industry, both from the client and supplier side.
