Debbie has over 14+years of experience in the BPO industry as well as 15+ years in Account/Program Management. She has extensive knowledge in leading global operations with emphasis on differentiating customer service. Prior to VXI, Debbie worked at a leading BPO organization overseeing the Account Management teams that supported Fortune 500 cable companies. She managed the Project Management teams as well as Quality. She also has previous experience in Workforce Management, Operations and IT implementation for contact centers. She has successfully launched multi- channel support programs such as chat and email, as well as specializing in unique, “white-glove” priority queues for her clients. Debbie works strategically with her customers to provide best in class service and presents proactive solutions for business challenges in their industry.
