Heidi Solomon


Heidi is a proven business professional with over 25 years of BPO/contact center outsourcing industry experience. She is a seasoned business development, operations and client relationship leader with a successful track record of building and nurturing long-lasting strategic client partnerships. Over the years Heidi has been focused on developing complex multi-channel global BPO solutions through process improvement and innovation. Her consultative approach helps clients to solve real business problems while driving desired business results. She currently serves on the Board of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) New England Chapter as well as on the Advisory Committee for IAOP’s Women Empowerment and Leadership Committee. In her previous role, Heidi also served as President of the Women’s Impact Network which focused on workplace equity, mentoring programs and multi-generation diversity.  

Heidi believes that a diverse workforce and inclusive culture are essential to business success especially in a global economy.  They allow organizations to attract and retain the best and the brightest, to develop the most innovative products and solutions which will ultimately help them to successfully meet their customers' needs. Heidi has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Speech Communications from California State University, Northridge. She currently resides in New Hampshire.
