Janet is an experienced executive with 30 years of experience in telecommunications leading technical organizations. Her career includes experience in Business Process Outsourcing, Line and Network Operations, System Development and Support, Staff Support, Project Management, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity and Strategic Planning. Subject Matter expertise in Leadership, Team Building, Customer Relations, Service Management, Process Management and Continuous Improvement. Janet served as a Board member and Treasurer of the California Utilities Emergency Association. She also served in various Service Management and System Support Roles, responsible for multimillion dollar budgets, vendor negotiations, installation coordination, user support and training coordination.
