VXI Inaugurates New Customer Experience Center in Quezon City

July 26, 2017 11:30 AM (GMT+8) – Manila NCR, Philippines – VXI Global Solutions, Inc. today inaugurated its newest customer experience center in the northern part of Metro Manila, in Quezon City, Philippines.  This new delivery center will be the company’s biggest site in the country, and is housed in Panorama TechnoCenter.  Located along EDSA, the main thoroughfare of the metropolis, Panorama TechnoCenter has access to the quality talent pool within Quezon City. The building is across LRT line 1 Roosevelt station and is less than 100 meters away from the MRT station, allowing easy accessibility to the commuting workforce

The opening ceremony was attended by various dignitaries from the government including Congressman Vincent Crisologo, councilors Anthony Peter Crisologo, Ivy Xenia Lagman, and Elizabeth Delarmente, and Department of Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez, who gave a keynote speech in which he stressed the important role the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry plays in the development of Philippines’ commercial sector, where it is one of the top employers.  Secretary Lopez praised VXI’s efforts to provide work opportunities and help people improve their quality of life, and commented on the site launch by stating, ““Your company is doing something different. I like the way you hire people. You hire based on attitude. I believe in that.”

“VXI Panorama’s opening represents our continued investment in our people as we have built one of the coolest and most energizing workspaces in Manila NCR”, said Jared Morrison, Executive Vice President and Country Manager. He further added that “This expansion further strengthens VXI’s growth in the Philippines and we are more bullish than ever before.”

Eva Wang, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of VXI Global Solutions stated that “the Philippines is a crucial part of our business as we enter the next generation of customer experience management services embracing digital and Omni-channel support. Our new site in Panorama TechnoCenter will serve as the center of excellence as we continue to adapt to new technologies into our service offerings.”
