VXI Opens New Customer Experience Delivery Center in Clark Freeport, Angeles City

Manila, Philippines – VXI Global Solutions, LLC, a leader in customer experience management and business transformation solutions, recently opened a customer experience delivery center in Clark Freeport, Angeles City, in Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

The new customer experience delivery center, located in the Clark Freeport zone, expands the company’s footprint in the country to a total of 8 delivery centers, and will potentially generate up to 3,000 new jobs in the region to complement the 13,000 existing employees in the Philippines. This is VXI’s first center office in the Pampanga region, and the company’s 42nd delivery location.

The opening ceremony was attended by various high ranking dignitaries, including the Vice President of the Philippines, Maria Leonor Robredo, who commended VXI for being a good employer and for its continuous charitable contributions in the region.  She stated, “I’m glad that VXI has not just provided jobs for many of our countrymen but has been a very good employer to most of them”.  She added that, “in spite of the rapid growth of the company you have not forgotten how to give back, and I think that is the most important thing.”

Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Undersecretary Ciriaco Lagunzad III, was also present at the ribbon cutting ceremony, and praised the company’s contribution towards creating jobs by stating, “VXI’s investment in the country will realize the aspiration of our job seekers to get secure employment opportunities. The remarkable fact that makes us happy is that a large part of your global workforce is in the Philippines.  We would like to thank you for helping the government give decent jobs to our people.”

“We’re very excited about expanding our footprint to Pampanga, a region that has been a source of exceptional talent available in Metro Manila.  Our employees’ welfare drives our decision making and it was logical to open the new center in Clark since a lot of our employees in Quezon City originally belong to Pampanga province.” said Jared Morrison, Executive Vice President and Country Manager for VXI Philippines.

Jared further added, “We’d like to put the Filipino talent on the world stage. Filipinos continue to outperform other countries where similar customer management services are performed. That is why this industry has been so successful here,”

The company inaugurated a recruitment hub in Clark Freeport zone in the last quarter of 2017 to mobilize the talent acquisition and training resources in anticipation of the projected growth. VXI is currently hiring several hundred agents on behalf of two Fortune 500 clients that have committed to tap the talent pool in the Pampanga region to support their next generation customer service operations.  The company has started supporting client projects and will continue to hire frontline and middle management positions during the next several months.
