Eva is the Co-Founder and guiding visionary at VXI. Since co-founding the company in August 1998, under her stewardship, VXI has grown globally to 42 contact center locations and over 35,000 employees worldwide. Prior to founding VXI, she co-founded and served as the President of the Asian American Association, a teleservices marketing company, with David Zhou. A Science graduate from the University of Nanjing, Ms. Wang has featured in leading business publications and is often invited to speak around the country about her experiences as an Asian American entrepreneur.
David Zhou, Co-founder and Co-CEO of VXI Global Solutions, LLC, is primarily responsible for operational steering, strategic planning, investments in new technologies, and key client relationships. David has helped the company grow into a leading provider BPO and ITO services from its humble beginnings in 1998. David holds a Master’s Degree in Nuclear Physics from the Institute of Plasma Physics, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Charlie Liu serves as President of China at VXI Global Solutions. Charlie joined VXI in early 2001 and established VXI’s China operation, VXI Enterprise Management, Ltd (“VXI China”). Prior to VXI, in 1998, Mr. Liu co-founded KillerBiz, Inc. in San Jose, California. He served as Vice President of R&D and managed a software engineering team to develop and support a business-to-business e-commerce website until 2000 at KillerBiz. Between 1993 and 1998, as Vice President of R&D at KillerBiz, Charlie worked with International Communications Enterprise, a software consulting and development company registered in California. Charlie holds a Ph.D in Physics from California Institute of Technology and a BS degree in Physics from Beijing University.
Jared is responsible for managing our global operations comprising 30,000 employees. He joined VXI in 2014 and has been instrumental in driving significant growth that resulted in doubling our headcount in the Philippines. Jared is a seasoned operations management executive and the ambassador of our Passion for People operating ethos. Prior to joining VXI, Jared led one of the largest BPO companies in the Philippines as the country manager responsible for managing operations with over 16,000 employees across 11 sites. Jared has been living in the Philippines since 2007, prior to which he served as the Director of Operations at AOL for nearly 10 years. Jared studied English Literature at the University of New Mexico.
Neil is responsible for managing and growing our client base with a strong focus on leveraging the full suite of VXI capabilities to identify opportunities for value creation, innovation, and enhancing our clients’ customer experience. He leads our team of exceptional client services executives while providing executive direction to further evolve our approach to servicing our clients and exploring ways to unlock value within our partnerships and the overall client experience.
In his past, Neil has held roles such as President, North America Revenue Generation at Hinduja Global Services and he had held several executives positions at Transcom Worldwide between 2009 and 2016 including the Regional General Manager and Executive Vice-President of North America and Asia.
Neil has a Bachelors degree from the University of Guelph and in his spare time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, basketball, and coaching house league soccer and hockey teams.
Michael joined VXI in 2021 as Global Chief Financial Officer. He brings over 30 years of experience in leading turnarounds, transformations, complex deals, and building high performance teams that are confident in their ability and can be relied on to execute their mission. He oversees financial operations ensuring adequate internal controls, financial discipline, and integrity.
Most recently, he has been CFO of Bigmoon Power and Vice President for Special Projects at Xerox. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Sean Butler is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Americas BPO business. He brings the expertise across financial planning and analysis, accounting, compliance, and commercial strategy.
Sean joined VXI in 2014 as the Corporate Controller and held the position along with additional responsibilities as the Vice President of Finance since 2018. He has led several key initiatives, including supporting milestone transactions with the Carlyle Group and the Symbio acquisition. Some of his noteworthy contributions include:
– Co-architecting an efficient tax entity structure to maximize shareholder value;
– Instituting an efficient global insurance strategy to drive significant savings;
– Establishing best practices on cash forecasting and debt management;
– Implementing tax efficient transfer pricing practices across our geographic footprint;
– Designing pricing models to support new business opportunities.
Prior to joining VXI, Sean worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Assurance & Advisory. He has held controller roles in several industries during his career, where he utilized his experience in both client services and accounting & operation support services. Sean has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
On the personal front, Sean is a health enthusiast and a triathlete who has completed an Ironman 70.3. He also enjoys playing golf and coaching little league baseball teams during the weekends. Sean lives in Los Angeles, CA with his wife and two kids.
Eppie Titong is Senior Vice President and Country Manager for VXI’s expansive operations in the Philippines region. A VXI executive since 2010, Eppie has been instrumental in VXI’s Philippine success as our local workforce has grown to more than 20,000 employees and captured numerous awards for employee satisfaction and BPO results. Eppie is responsible for the region’s overall operational delivery, fiscal management, client relationship management, and strategic direction. Prior, he was a site director at Sitel and an operations manager at TELUS. He is an avid mountain biker.
