David Zhou
David Zhou, co-founder and CEO of VXI Global Solutions, is primarily responsible for operational steering, strategic planning, investments in new technologies, and key client relationships. David has helped the company grow into a leading provider BPO and ITO services from its humble beginnings in 1998.
David holds a Master’s Degree in Nuclear Physics from the Institute of Plasma Physics, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Frank Yao brings a wealth of expertise in driving growth and fostering innovation to his role as President and Chief Commercial Officer at VXI Global Solutions. With a background in private equity and consulting, Frank has honed his skills in portfolio management, cross-border deals, and strategic leadership.
Prior to VXI, Frank served as a Managing Director at Bain Capital Private Equity, where he facilitated multinational corporations and founder-led organizations in capitalizing on market opportunities. Now, at VXI, Frank is dedicated to deepening customer relationships, unlocking new opportunities for value creation, and driving growth.

Mark Wilson
Mark is responsible for pursuing innovative ways of delivering shared value for our clients, employees, and communities. Focusing on both business and societal impact, he is responsible for embedding purpose-driven activities throughout VXI and our client partnerships. Through his leadership, VXI is striving to drive transformational change in the BPO industry by investing in underserved communities, and employing the rich talent that is resident there.
Mark is joining the VXI team as the result of the recent acquisition of Chime Solutions where he was the Founder and CEO. The company is known for delivering high-touch contact center solutions for mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 corporations.
With over 25 years of experience in the business information services industry, Mark has held senior level sales and operations management positions with companies such as D&B, ABF Freight Systems and Whirlpool Corporation. He also serves on the Boards of The US Chamber of Commerce, Kaiser Permanente Georgia Region, Public Sector Solutions Group, Kennesaw State University Coles College of Business, and Wilberforce University.
Mark's vision and leadership has also earned him a number of prestigious honors, including Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and induction into the Hall of Fame for the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.
Mark earned his degree in Business Administration and Management at Wilberforce University. He was recognized with an Honorary Doctorate from Wilberforce University in 2016. He is a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity.

Erika Bogar King
Erika is responsible for unifying our leadership and professionals as One VXI, delivering legendary experiences for our clients and our clients’ customers. Through the HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Employee Communications and Facilities teams, Erika will drive our Passion for People to new heights.
Erika leverages nearly 30 years of experience to continuously improve employee experiences within VXI. Prior to VXI, Erika was the Global Chief People Officer for N3, part of Accenture and Sutherland Global Services. She was also part of the HR leadership teams at both Deloitte and Avanade earlier in her career.
Erika has a Bachelor’s Degree from James Madison University, and a Master’s Degree from the Vanderbilt Graduate School of Management.

Amit Shankardass
Amit is responsible for leading VXI’s core marketing functions, including an emphasis on the organization’s brand identity and sales-enablement processes. Under his leadership, VXI strives to scale its world-class customer experiences (CX) and become one of the globe’s most-recognized business process outsourcers (BPOs).
Amit joined VXI as CMO in 2023 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the BPO industry. Having steered marketing programs at BPOs Teleperformance, Alorica, and SITEL, Amit is uniquely positioned to fuel VXI’s international growth. His extensive responsibilities have included product development, channel management, sales support, and account-based marketing initiatives, leading to millions of new business year-over-year.
Amit holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana Monroe, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Delhi University.

Debbie Hayes leads the Client Services division at VXI Global Solutions, providing strategic direction and operational expertise to ensure outstanding customer experiences across multiple industries. With over 20 years of experience in the BPO industry, Debbie's strengths lie in contract management, operational analytics, global account management, PMO, site operations, strategic thought leadership, and effortless customer experiences.
Debbie’s extensive industry experience spans several sectors, including telecommunications, technology, media, financial services, retail, e-commerce, travel, and hospitality. As Senior Vice President, Debbie's primary responsibility is to lead VXI’s Client Services organization to develop strong client partnerships, provide innovative solutions and industry best practices, and to collaborate with all key team members across all departments to ensure the delivery of all services in the highest quality manner.
Debbie studied at Edinboro University in Pennsylvania.

Rameez is VXI’s Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. He brings over twenty years of experience in the software industry, where he gained exceptional experience building and scaling artificial intelligence solutions.
As an outcomes-driven executive, Rameez has been instrumental in translating complex business challenges into transformative solutions, using cutting-edge technologies, data analysis, advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to advance digital transformation strategies for leading brands.
Before joining VXI, Rameez held influential positions at renowned organizations, including Micro Focus, Hewlett-Packard, Thomson Reuters, GSK, and Wipro. Today, he actively contributes to the industry as a distinguished member of the Analytics and AI Advisory Board at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and the Gartner CIO and CDO Advisory Board. Additionally, Rameez generously imparts his guidance to budding startups.
Rameez's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration degree from the prestigious Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Kristian Barletti
As VXI's Global CFO, Kristian will spearhead financial growth initiatives across our worldwide regions, leveraging his wealth of experience and financial knowledge. Under his leadership, VXI is poised for transformational and sustainable growth.
Kristian brings us his exceptional experience in several areas: Finance & Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Business Analytics, Treasury, Business Controls, Pricing, Investment Analysis and Spend Management. He is a trusted financial expert with a remarkable history in guiding significant financial transformations, designing highly efficient financial reporting, and building high performance teams.
He was the CFO of Strategic Markets for Kyndryl Holdings, an independent company that spun off from IBM in 2022, and operates as a worldwide technology services company and IT infrastructure services provider. He was responsible for a $3.5B business that includes international responsibilities across regions in Nordics, Benelux, Austria, Switzerland, Central Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East Africa and Latin America.
Previously, Kristian worked for IBM for 24 years, where he assumed several responsibilities across different business units as a CFO. He worked in the Services, Hardware and Software business units of IBM, gaining relevant experience across these different business models. He was also the CFO of Global Technology Services for IBM Americas and CFO Strategic Outsourcing in IBM Europe. Prior to his IBM career, Kristian worked in the Banking Industry for Merrill Lynch and Barclays Bank.
Kristian holds a Bachelor of Economics from Universidad del Pacifico in Lima, Peru and also an MBA and a Master of Science in International Business from the University in Miami.

Charlie Liu
Charlie Liu serves as President of China at VXI Global Solutions. Charlie joined VXI in early 2001 and established VXI’s China operations. Prior to VXI, he co-founded KillerBiz in 1998, in San Jose, California. He served as Vice President of R&D until 2000 and managed the software engineering team to develop and support a business-to-business e-commerce website.
Between 1993 and 1998, as Vice President of R&D at KillerBiz, Charlie also worked with International Communications Enterprise, a software consulting and development company registered in California. Charlie holds a Ph.D in Physics from California Institute of Technology and a BS degree in Physics from Beijing University.

Eppie Titong
Eppie leads the Philippine operations of VXI, managing 23,000+ people in 11 centers. He is responsible for the region’s overall operational delivery, fiscal management, client relationship management, and strategic direction. Eppie joined VXI in 2010 and has been an instrumental part of the company’s success as VXI’s largest and most successful operations.
Prior to VXI, Eppie was a site director at Sitel and an operations manager at TELUS.
Subir Chakravarty

Subir Chakravarty
Subir is responsible for our entire India operations and P&L for the entire region. Subir brings in 27 years of cross functional executive leadership experience in the BPM and IT space, covering service delivery, client relationship management, transformation, technology innovation, P&L and people leadership. Subir has a proven track record of delivering benchmark results and driving stake holder value. He is laser focussed on delivering exceptional customer experience for our clients and their customers.
Prior to VXI, Subir has been in executive leadership positions with industry leaders like GE, Dell, SITEL, IBM, Concentrix among others where he partnered with clients to help operationalize their vision and strategies for scale and sustained success. This entailed rapid scaling of teams, global footprint expansion, setting up new capabilities and equipping a large workforce to deliver a superior level of performance.
Subir has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Michael J Lee
Mike holds the role of Senior VP of Operations at VXI, overseeing the company’s service delivery organization in the U.S., Guatemala, and Jamaica. With a career spanning more than three decades in the BPO industry, he started off as an agent and steadily ascended the ranks. Harnessing his extensive operational background, Mike has been instrumental in fostering growth and delivering exceptional results throughout his career.
With a global perspective, extensive experience in multi-country operations, and a deep understanding of performance excellence, Mike excels at helping brands expand into new markets.
Prior to joining VXI, Mike held influential leadership positions at Qualfon, Hinduja Global Solutions, Sitel, Voice Vision Teleservices, and TPG Management. His impactful contributions in these roles led to the successful expansion of operations across the United States, Latin America, and South America.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management and Marketing, earned from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa.

Ahmed Bahgat
Ahmed, as the VP of Operations at VXI, oversees all operational activities in Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa.
With 17 years of experience in the BPO industry, Ahmed has experience working as both a client and a vendor. He is known for his collaborative approach, building trust and cooperation across the organization. His expertise spans HR, recruitment, operations management, client relationship management, and implementing new business initiatives.
Throughout his career, Ahmed has held leadership positions at Xceed, Foundever, and Microsoft. He has achieved significant success in expanding English and multilingual programs for various organizations, including Sony, Nokia, TomTom, Samsung, PayPal, DocuSign, Huawei, Apple, and Panasonic. In addition to benefiting his brand partners, he has also improved the employee experience, established a robust talent pipeline, and forged enduring, strategic partnerships.

Jonathan Zhu is a Partner of Bain Capital and Co-Head of Asia Private Equity, based in Hong Kong. Since joining Bain Capital in 2006, Mr. Zhu has led many of Bain Capital’s investments in Asia, with a focus on China. Mr. Zhu is currently an independent non-executive director of Sunac China Holdings Limited, the shares of which are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Mr. Zhu is also a director of ChinData Group, the shares of which are listed on NASDAQ. Before joining Bain Capital in 2006, he was the China Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Zhu holds a juris doctor degree from Cornell Law School, an MA degree from Nanjing University, and a BA degree from Zhengzhou University. Mr. Zhu is a trustee of Cornell University and Chairman of its China Advisory Board.

Drew Chen is currently a Partner with Bain Capital Asia, responsible for its private equity investments in the Greater China and Asia Pacific regions, focusing primarily on telecom, media and technology sectors, as well as business and financial services sectors.
Mr. Chen joined Bain Capital’s Boston headquarters in 2005 and transferred to Hong Kong in 2007 as a founding member of Bain Capital Asia. He participated in and led a number of important transactions in both the U.S. and Asia, including public-to-private transactions of the largest U.S. casual dining restaurant group.
Born in Shanghai, Mr. Chen was educated in China, the U.K., and the U.S. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.

Eric Erb joined Bain Capital in 2009. He is a Partner in the Financial & Business Services and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Verticals, and is a member of the Asian Pacific Private Equity team. He also serves as a member of the firm’s recruiting team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Erb was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he served consumer/retail and industrials clients in North America and Asia.
Mr. Erb received an MBA from Harvard Business School. He graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics.

Lihong Wang is currently Chairwoman and CEO of Rise Education Group, a leading afterschool education company in China. She has served as Director at Rise Education since 2013 and Chairwoman since 2017.
In June 2023, she became Chairwoman of Subway China (Shanghai Fu-Rui-Shi Corporate Development Co., Ltd.), a master franchisee of Subway in Mainland China. Prior to these roles, Ms. Wang had worked at Bain Capital Private Equity Asia Limited from July 2006 to December 2019, serving as Managing Director/Partner beginning in 2011.
Ms. Wang has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry in the United States and Asia. She was responsible for Bain Capital’s private equity activities in China, sat on the Asia Investment Committee, and led investments and portfolio management efforts in China. She is an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) for Hong Kong-listed company Sunac Services Holdings Limited (1516.HK) and DPC Dash Ltd (1405.HK, Domino’s Pizza China). She also serves as a Director for a number of portfolio companies in which Bain Capital has invested.
Before joining Bain Capital in July 2006, Ms. Wang was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from April 2005 to July 2006. She worked at JP Morgan Securities Asia Pacific Limited from October 2001 to March 2005 and at Credit Suisse First Boston from September 1999 to September 2001.
Before attending Columbia Business School, Ms. Wang worked for the China Securities Regulatory Commission, where she oversaw Chinese companies’ overseas listings. Ms. Wang obtained an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a graduate of Fudan University. She lives in Hong Kong with her husband, Zhihong Li ’99, and their two children.
Ms. Wang established two scholarships with academic institutes: The Lihong Wang Academic and Research Growth Fund for students at the Fudan Management School and the Lihong Wang ’99 and Zhihong Li ’99 Scholarship at Columbia Business School.

Eva Wang
Eva Wang is the co-founder and guiding visionary at VXI. Since co-founding the company in August 1998, under her stewardship, VXI has grown globally to 43 contact center locations and over 40,000 employees worldwide.
Before founding VXI, she co-founded and served as the President of the Asian American Association, a teleservices marketing company, with David Zhou. A science graduate from the University of Nanjing, Eva has been featured in leading business publications and is often invited to speak about her experiences as an Asian-American entrepreneur.
