VXI Awarded Best Contact Center and BPO Company of the Year at the ICT Awards

Manila, Philippines — VXI, the worldwide leader in customer management experience, was recently honored at the 11th International ICT Awards held in Manila on March 22nd.  The company’s Philippines operation was awarded the Best Contact Center and BPO Company of the Year, and was recognized as an outstanding company and an inspirational role model for the industry, for the Philippine business community, and internationally.
VXI Philippines was also a top three finalist for Best Company of the Year and Best Employer of the Year at the awards ceremony that included the participation of all major IT and BPO service providers in the region.

The International ICT Awards recognizes excellence and achievements of organizations based in the Philippines who have made valuable contributions and have placed the Philippines on the front end of the ITO and BPO industry.  While this is the first time VXI has been rewarded at this event, the accolade helps prove VXI’s strong and growing footprint in the Philippines, with a workforce of over 13,000 in 7 total sites.  This explosive growth in the Philippines is certainly a key element for having been awarded as the best contact center and BPO company of the year in the region.
