As COO at VXI, Ryan will oversee global operations, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, fostering team engagement, and leveraging digital transformation to elevate the company’s service delivery. 

Ryan brings a vast history of operational excellence, serving as COO, Senior Vice President, and Shareholder at leading BPO and IT companies. In his various roles, Ryan successfully implemented customer-centric strategies that enhanced overall operational efficiency. He also played a pivotal part in mergers and acquisitions, market expansion, and scaling operations into new territories.
