This pandemic has affected us all personally, and its effects have made an unprecedented global impact on the economy and the environment.

Despite the challenges presented, we learned how to work and move forward in unfamiliar and uncertain environments. Our long-term financial discipline helped us minimize negative impacts. Most importantly, we have accomplished strong growth in the second half of 2020, both with existing clients and new business. This was made possible by prioritizing our employees’ safety and welfare, followed by business continuity for our valued clients. We stayed true to our values, and this has paid off.

Our experience in 2020 provides a glimpse of what the industry may look like in the future. It provides us with the knowledge and the confidence that VXI Global Solutions can adapt during a time of unprecedented challenges.

As long as we continue to work with humility, selflessness, and a focus on CX excellence, we will continue to succeed. I feel very fortunate and honored to work with all of you, from our senior leaders to our most junior employees. My deepest thanks to every one of you. You have set an extraordinary example of teamwork, inventiveness, integrity, agility, and excellence.
