VXI Engages Leaders at the 2017 Annual Leadership Summit

Shanghai, China – VXI Global Solutions recently held its 2017 Annual Leadership Summit from Nov 07-09 in Shanghai, China. The location of this year’s summit was fitting considering that VXI was recognized as a Leading Service Provider in China just a few weeks ago at the China Sourcing Summit, an event organized by CCIIP and supported by leading industry analysts including Gartner and IDC.

The annual leadership summit was attended by executives from all over the world including senior management and leadership staff from various countries including the United States, Sweden, Finland, Guatemala, Jamaica, Philippines, and China. This year’s event was also attended by VXI board members from The Carlyle Group as they participated in reviewing 2017 successes, market conditions and challenges, and 2018 plans.

The event was started by a keynote speech from Eva Wang and David Zhou, Co-Founders and Co-CEOs. VXI is a founder-led company since our inception, operationally co-steered by Eva and David as they personally manage all client relationships, extending the highest level of executive focus to all our clients. David further shared his perspective during the CEO-reflections track revisiting the strong fundamentals that have been instrumental in maintaining double digit growth while surpassing half a billion dollars in annual sales last year.

This year’s event was a strategic occasion as the principals and management team brainstormed on how to embrace digital, leverage the AI and automation capabilities that reside in VXI’s Nordic operations, and further strengthen the solutions consulting practice by helping clients re-design customer journeys and create differentiating friction-less customer experience.

The event was concluded by creating several cross-geo/functional project teams mandated to create new offerings and strengthen existing capabilities in the areas of banking BPO, digital transformation, automation in self-serve, and standalone efficiency/productivity tools.
