We are happy to announce, as of March 10th, VXI Global Solutions has finalized an asset purchase agreement with Chime Solutions, a privately owned, minority-led U.S.-based provider of high-touch, high-impact contact center solutions.

Founded in 2016, Chime Solutions offered a differentiated business model and a people-centered culture, providing access to high-quality, cost-effective onshore support through its socially driven mission of reducing unemployment in under-resourced areas around the country. Their service framework delivered both seasonal and steady state customer care solutions for a wide array of leading global brands in the financial services, healthcare, insurance, technology, and telecommunication industries.
