To capitalize on evolving opportunities in customer care and revenue growth services, VXI Global Solutions (VXI) has announced the addition of three highly regarded industry executives to its sales and solutions team.
Darrell Jones, Brad Levy, and Heidi Solomon-Orlick join VXI as vice presidents of business development. With combined decades of experience in developing multimillion-dollar client solutions and expanding strategic partnerships, the new executive appointments signify VXI’s continued rapid growth as a global leader in customer experience (CX) management.
Darrell Jones is a business process outsourcing (BPO) professional with experience in developing and managing global client relationships in the telecommunications, online commerce and technology industry verticals. Prior to joining VXI, he served in executive business development roles at iQor, Sitel, Stream Global Services, NCO Group, and Convergys. Darrell resides in Austin, TX.
Brad Levy has more than 25 years of senior strategic business development experience with a special focus on delivering CX digital-transformation solutions for both fast-growth startups and Fortune 500 enterprises in retail, telecom/cable, and travel and hospitality industries. Previously, Brad held leadership roles at Transcom, TTEC, and Zenta (Accenture). He resides in Lone Tree, CO.
Heidi Solomon-Orlick returns to VXI, where she was previously the company’s 2018 top sales performer. She is a BPO industry veteran with significant consultative sales, operations and executive leadership experience. Prior to her first stint with VXI, Heidi was with a leading global IT/BPO company where she was a multiyear winner of both the President’s Club and Rock Award (2012-2016) for generating the highest annualized revenues and surpassing sales and profitability targets. A frequent industry speaker on workforce diversity and women empowerment, Heidi has held senior roles in nearly half a dozen customer-care organizations. She resides in Henniker, NH.
