Dear Clients, Partners and Teammates,

Thank You again for all you are doing in this extraordinary time. We’ve never been more proud of VXI or our partner relationships.

Each day, our culture, teamwork and creativity are shining brightly as we focus on three priorities: safety, business continuity and long-term strategic planning (see Everything to Know.)

Our accomplishments over the last 3 weeks are remarkable:

  • Established our sites as providers of Essential Services due to our support of critical infrastructure for telecommunications, utilities, government support and food delivery.
  • Transitioned + 5,000 agents in the United States, Philippines, Jamaica and Guatemala to compliant work-at-home environments (WAH).
  • Closed and successfully reopened +14 sites in China, returning to 95% capacity while simultaneously moving 30% of agents to permanent WAH.
  • Secured safe lodging for +4,000 agents in the Philippines to reside near our facilities so they can continue providing essential services onsite.
  • Provided support, education, and more to teammates and families disrupted by the coronavirus.
  • Donated +250,000 face masks to healthcare workers on the frontlines.
  • Experienced one of our busiest months for new business opportunities for the past year as corporations recalibrate their needs and seek out a trusted vendor like VXI.

It has been an extraordinary period. Our hearts go out to those impacted by this terrible virus.

We continue to migrate our workforce to WAH while keeping all but one of our 43 sites open at this time. We are in regular contact with local governments to ensure collaboration. We will continue to update you on our progress (See VXI Blog).
